📄️ Mailbox access via Graph
Business Central's own email module covers sending mail from a flow – that's what the Send Email step uses. When a flow needs to do more than send, for example read the invoices that land in a shared mailbox, download their attachments, or move processed messages to a subfolder, it calls Microsoft Graph through the HTTP Request step instead.
