Your flows learn to ask nicely – even when nobody is sitting in front of the screen. Questions and notifications now reach the user from background runs, notifications get buttons, and other apps can start your flows. 🔔

Features

• The "Confirm dialog" and "Send Notification" steps are now available in every trigger. In a background run, the question waits for the user who started the run or for anyone who opens the execution card, for up to 15 minutes ("Wait for an answer (minutes)"), and "Without a user interface" decides what happens when nobody can be asked: raise an error, answer Yes or answer No (CHN-520)
• A notification from the "Send Notification" step can offer up to three buttons: start a manual flow, open a card on a record, or open a list with filters – label, record and filters can come from SmartFields (CHN-521)
• For partners: another extension can now start a manual flow, on a record too, without depending on AutoFlow, so an app that is also sold without AutoFlow can still hand work to your flows (CHN-534)

Bugfixes

• AutoFlow users with the USER role, and users without any AutoFlow permission set who trigger a flow, no longer fail on licence checks or on steps that use stored credentials, and a USER can create flows and add steps again (CHN-525)
• A RegEx selector that contains [[ without a closing ]], such as "value"\s*:\s*(\[[\s\S]*\]), no longer crashes the step configuration or turns into a formula pill – an unclosed bracket now simply stays text (CHN-526)
• Text with an unclosed {{ no longer stops a flow when SmartFields are filled in, and a placeholder with an overly long name stays in the text instead of silently disappearing (CHN-527)
• Columns in the tables of a step's configuration keep their width instead of growing with long text (CHN-543)
